This is in response to Charlene V review. I am the owner of the art of Massage and have been in business in WHB for 15 years. We pride ourselves on giving the best massage experience possible. With that said I only hire the Best. Thank you for graciously giving Angela 5+ stars! Yes she is an amazing massage therapist. Now, back to your husbands appointment. Your husband has been coming to my office for many years and I the owner, have worked on him many times. Our policy is explained in detail upon making the appointment. A credit card is ALWAYS taken at the time of scheduling to insure the client shows up. 24 hour notice to cancel is enforced . Your husband on the last 2 scheduled appointments (years ago) did not show up or call. I spoke to him myself and I did not charge him for those

I’ve been to Grace several times over the last few years and she is amazing! She is so accommodating and makes you feel at ease. I live in the city and make sure to see her whenever I’m out on LI. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a Brazilian or Bikini wax.

Let me start by saying the massage therapist, Angela get 5+ stars. My husband had been in pain 2+ weeks but has difficulty making time to get massages because of his work by schedule, he said she was very sweet and very strong and did a great job and he highly recommends her. The reason the place only gets 3 stars is this, when I called to make the appointment it was worded that the person that he has seen in the past was not "in" the day we were trying to schedule but " Angela was "in" and that was fine took the appointment with Angela ( like I stated earlier was great.
