I've been here twice to have my eyebrows threaded, and they have done a fantastic job each time! Clean establishment and very professional service. This morning, I took my mom to have her eyebrows tinted and Maddy did a phenomenal job, explaining the process, as well as kicking the right color and doing it exactly to meet my mom's needs. Highly recommend!

She messed my eyebrows up. Seen them in the mirror and thought they looked okay went to the car and they are terrible. The first lady I went to was good this one she made my eyebrows look terrible. No type of shape or nothing ughhh now I have to wait three weeks and go back to my original lady who did my eyebrows perfect. The only reason I even tried this place because the place I go to is packed but it's worth the wait. Truly I want to cry they look so bad. "The Owner" won't even respond back to emails or reviews so below they don't even try to make it better or fix the situation. You need to be ashamed of yourselves running a business in that manner. No self respect or decency at all. Learn how to be professional and make your wrongs right some people don't deserve to earn a business. Do

i haven’t had my eyebrows done in weeks and she did an amazing job and did it so fast especially with the amount she had to thread off and i loved the out come will definitely be returning

Scheduled an appointment online for today at 1:30. Show up and doors locked with a sign. They have my phone number and email however no notice. Waste of gas and time. Drive 25 min away for this appointment. I get They had to close for Festival then told it was emergency. Shady. Guess I'll find another place for my business. Too bad.
