The A. Hoen & Co. Lithograph Building

The building is very modern, well kept, and very spacious. It boasts an outside patio deck as well as high ceilings with electric light fixtures. I worked the Baltimore Youth Arts Group, an organization making a change in the city.

My beloved Strong City Baltimore school is located there. Thank you for everything to each one of those who make it possible for us adults to continue studying. Update: 06/2023. Achievement Night GED Congrats 👏👏👏👏🤩🤩👏 to all graduating, students, and the very loved stuff

An outstanding adaptive reuse by Cross Street Partners of an historic Baltimore Building.

Went to view a property across the street and the only thing of hope was the fact that this was undergoing renovations. Looks like it will bring life to the area.

It's a really beautiful, well lit building but despite the modern interior design, it's still lacking gender neutral bathrooms. You'd think people would factor that into modern restorations these days.
