Make sure you show up to your appointment, she’ll charge you full price for not showing up! We were charged a full $90 for a missed session that was accidentally put on the calendar on the wrong day. Would have been helpful if we had received a reminder like most businesses do. Although we’ve used her for years, there was no Grace shown with the no show charge. Unfortunately we won’t be giving her the business anymore. I’ve never had a business not be willing to work something out but she wasn’t.
Chrissy is the best. Only massage therapist I ever want to use again!
