I've come here a number of times, but wouldn't call myself a regular. I come to relax and enjoy the time spent to decompress, I know they'll take their time with the service and the quality has been great. I love the online booking option, but after my most recent visit, I've learned it's not up to date for day-of availability. You can get an appt, but it won't be with the requested technician. This was the beginning of my worst experience here... I'm just disappointed with the polish application- I could have done better myself. Everything until the polish was great, and I did ask her to fix my big toe bc of a spot, but didn't feel I could say anything about the rest.

This is my go-to place for nail care, specifically SNS powder and the most fabulous pedicures. Salon is clean and well appointed. Offers a wide variety of services. Staff are very welcoming. Special shout out to Stephanie who offers the best care. Highly recommend.

Best pedicure I think I've ever had Today was my third visit to Thao's and I have nothing but love for this wonderful place. My nails look exquisite. Shaped perfectly, smooth and glossy. I recommend very highly!! First and second photos are from today the last one is from my previous dip.
