Colleen was AMAZING!!!!! I reached out hoping to get a last-minute appointment for the short period while I was home, as she was booked out for 2-3 months online. She made time to see me when it worked best for me and did an amazing job! Such a great experience throughout the whole appointment and I left with some of the best balayage I've ever had for the lowest price I've ever paid for a balayage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Let me start by saying that I have been to hundreds of salons in my lifetime and Thairapy was by far the best!! Every time I've tried to dye my hair before my visit at Thairapy, my hair would turn out extremely damaged and/or not take the dye due to my medical history. Not only did Colleen take extra time with me to make sure I got what I wanted, she took special care in making sure my hair took the color to give me my desired look! Colleen was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable of her profession. My hair has never looked better or healthier! I highly recommend booking an appointment and I look forward to going back for my next appointment.
