I’m giving 2 stars only because the masseuse was excellent,she did an amazing job during my session and even managed to put me into a deep, relaxing sleep. However, the overall experience was disappointing. We booked a 60-minute couple’s massage, but realized the session ended after just 45 minutes. When we asked why it was cut short, the lady at the front desk became immediately defensive and began raising her voice all in response to a simple question. Her explanation was that the first 15 minutes were used to fill out forms. This was never communicated to us, especially considering it was our first time there. I calmly told her that if we had known this in advance, we would have either booked a later time or rescheduled. She then rudely responded that we would have been charged for the

Went here for a couples massage and it was a great experience. Finally got a deep tissue massage where the massage therapist used elbows to get at those vexing muscle knots. When I wasn’t getting that intense myofascial trigger point release I was fighting off the Z monster. It was so well balanced. Nice soothing ambient sounds in the background not overwhelming and a cozy low low light environment perfect for relaxing and ideal for this experience. The professional massage therapist and seamless process made this experience even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend.

Excellent masseuse who knew traditional Thai massage technique. I am a big fan of Thai massages and especially it's ability to have you do a yoga session without effort on one hand while deeply stretching you and relaxing you on the other. Based firmly on the power of stress relief from stretching accumulated as tight joints and muscles along with energy healing through the balancing of Qi via pressure points, a good masseuse will not ask , but rather tell what your problems are. Experienced hands and an experienced mind is what you can expect at this well maintained facility.

3 year UPDATE.... this place remains my go-to massage spot even after trying other places. I keep going back here for my deep tissue massages. Nook is still amazing and overall quality of service here is A+. I always leave feeling so much better. I also appreciate how easy it is to book appointments through Vagaro. Thank you! ---------- Very clean facility! The beautiful smell of essential oil instantly makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. I've been getting deep tissue massages here from 3 different massage therapists (Apple, Nook, Cailin) they are all very consistent. I appreciate the included aromatherapy and warm massage table, unlike other spa places they would charge extra for those. I always feel rejuvenated and less muscle tension after each session. I highly recommend!

Kathy was an amazing technician. She did a fantastic deep tissue massage. It was my first visit and I will be back for sure!!!
