I came in very last second for a braid down to do a style on myself. Ravyn was able to get me in, shampoo, deep conditioning & the braid down all for an affordable price! She was friendly & very personable. She recommended products and techniques to upkeep my natural hair. Everyone else in the shop was friendly & kind!

I can literally say “ what a wonderful way to spend a Friday night”. My amazing stylist, Ravyn was on point with my braids. She works fast and efficiently while making my hair beautiful! I cannot wait to my next visit. Thank you so much!😊

I can not say enough good things... but let me try.... 1st thing. I haven't had braids in 30 years and this is what I observed. 1. Beautiful spirited stylists. Great personalities. Extremely kind and catering 2. Clean environment 3. Professional and organized 4. Music perfect... not too loud and easy listening I got medium boho braids. My head doesn't hurt and I look beautiful.

My appt was with Mia for starter locs and from the moment she texted me for a consultation and to arrange my appointment the experience was 20/10! Her vibe, customer service and communication were amazing! Her area, is so cozy and fairly private which I LOVE because I do have social anxiety. I was able to warm up and feel comfortable! I can’t wait for my retwist

Edit:She banned me from the store lol. Ah! I loved my time at The Juan . Tiffany is extremely kind and made sure that I was comfortable through out my visit. I love my senegalese twists .The ladies are hilarious. I truly had a great laugh with each staff member and can't wait to come back! I do want to add that even though Tiffany is a braider,she works well with tender headed individuals and makes sure they braids aren't too tight for the client ! Update....I had an issue with my hair and posted a Google review BEFORE having the idea to contact Tiffany. I contacted Tiffany immediately AFTER making the Google review(aroud 12pm) to which she handled the situation with GRACE . She apologized profusely and stated that she would be more than happy to fix the style and asked a time and date.
