This was my first silk press and so I was a little nervous but Ms. Ashley was very sweet and welcoming. I’m very tender headed but she tried her best to do the process on top of me having very coily hair. She was very detailed and thorough with every time from washing to drying to pressing my hair. I did stay a bit longer than intended due to timing with another client but it all worked out in the end. I was very happy with my results and ofc all my friends loved my hair and was very excited. It turned out so beautiful especially with the curls!!! I felt prepared and educated on how to take care and maintain it for longevity and it’s coming up on week two since I last got the press and it’s still looking good with nightly wrapping!!!

I love coming to Textures Beauty Bar. It is refreshing to be in a traditional salon environment with experienced well rounded stylists. Ashley does an amazing job literally on everything.
