Love the whole process of being a new client. The consultation with Tru was very thorough. I was able to express my concerns regarding my hair. I conveyed to her I was tender headed and upon my New Client Appointment she remembered and was very gentle with my hair. I love their products. The detangling process was very easy and gentle. When it came time for my trim she explained two options. The first option resulting in more hair being cut. However, I trusted her recommendation and really feel good about my decision. I look forward to returning.

My stylist, Dennis, is a consummate professional. Each client gets special treatment. All of the stylists are good at their craft and welcoming. They are family, and you will become a part of the family. I love that they serve the best tea! Try the Belle of the Ball flavor.

If you have natural hair go to this salon!!!! I received the “first time client” package and it was amazing… my hair was a little damaged but after the steam, protein, and scalp treatments to include a color and trim my hair looked fabulous! My hair looks like I could go do a video shoot good! The customer service and overall ambience is peaceful and beautiful! Just good vibes and Dennis is a stylist that you can trust. He takes an actual interest in your overall hair and scalp health, and is very honest. This is why before any other appointment this salon requires a consultation ( for first time clients only ). I am a huge fan of the total hair care; not only will you get a fly style but you will learn how to keep a healthy scalp and hair. Needless to say, I will be going back…. worth e

Texture Defined is my first salon visit after 16 years of being a shaved head+taper fade natural. I've been growing my curls out since last year and knew they needed a professional touch to keep prospering. By chance, I walked in for my new client package as the team was wrapping up a segment about the products used in the salon. Everything about TD- from products to interior design (jewel tones+ecelectic furniture), vibes, and the stylists- hit for me! It feels like a salon from back in the day! I especially loved the wash section and hair steamers, and my hair looks proper shiny, bouncy, and healthy! Tru was my stylist and ate on my two strand twists, I'm obsessed. 😍 The whole team is professional, talented, and hilarious to boot, definitely my people. Already looking forward to my maint
