I have really curly hair, and I had never splurged to go to a curl specialist until about a year ago when I started going to Darien. My hair is healthy, more defined and less frizzy with the cut and products she has recommended. She takes the time to explain how to style and care for curly hair. Normally I am very hesitant when it comes to coloring my hair because the hair stylist never seems to understand my vision. On top of that my hair is curly and I’m also very hesitant about who cuts it because it either ends up super frizzy or they don’t add dimension to it. BUT Darien did not disappoint!! She understood what I wanted and the color that I wanted without going over board the first round with such a change in hair. She also cut my hair in a way that makes my curls pop just right and added dimension to make my curls look beautiful!
