Texture 2 Salon

I went to this salon a few years back and was seen by Pam. I got unable to afford her $100 fee and had to stop going. I now can afford all services so I made a new appointment. I am 68 and do not always feel like sitting in a chair for a long time. I sent her a message to reschedule due to back pain and this is the rude response I got back: I’m very sorry for your back pain but I will not be rescheduling an appointment for you. Great Clips is definitely the best solution for your hair needs. Please do not contact me again. So I just want to warn seniors you may not get the best treatment here. Also, maybe think about going to someone who has a boss instead of doing and saying whatever they want to. The other thing that’s off here is the $100 includes the tip. I don’t think they

I went to Texture because I wanted to have someone else do my hair for a change; I usually I do my own color and trim. I provided photos to Anna (1st photo) showing what I was going for, and what she gave me wasn't even close (2nd photo; recieved foil highlights when I requested the free-hand technique balayage ombre, and was charged more for the ombre), and she forgot me in the dryer afterward - another stylist had to go get her. Far overpriced for her ability, listening skills, and what was done. I could have done a half-decent job and not be out $165. I then noticed a LINE of blonde across the front third of my hair, with one or two highlights reaching above that line; she asked a few times if I wanted my hair curled, which I now realize was probably to hide that line that I didnt not

Savannah Combs has been my stylist for nearly a year and I have never had a complaint. She is amazing! She always has a clean, cute, and professional work station. Additionally, she always gets me in on time and sometimes even earlier than our scheduled appointment. She always takes her time with the process and uses amazing products. At my most recent appointment, I went from black hair to an ashy blonde and my hair feels great! I was expecting more of a toll on my hair, but it still feels healthy and amazing. I would highly recommend Savannah!

I made myself wait a few months before leaving a review so I could cool down. I made 2 appointments for me and a friend for the scalp treatment. She has 2 options for how long you want it. 60 minutes or 90 minutes. I was never asked which one we wanted, but when we both got our confirmation that our appointment was scheduled it showed my appointment at 5:30p and my friends at 6:45p. So I’m thinking 60 minute appointment then 15 min to clean up then my friends appointment. Well that wasn’t the case. When I got to the salon she didn’t have me come back to the room for 7 minutes after my appointment. Which ok maybe she’s running late, it’s ok. So she takes me back. I get the treatment. Pretty salon, clean & inviting. Ashley did a much needed touch-up as well as a haircut that I also needed. I love the color & cut!! I highly recommend Ashley!! Easy to schedule - Go see Ashley, you won't be disappointed, I promise!
