They deliver every time our family flies to the SATX area!
Writing this well after the fact because the SAME issue just happened to a friend at the same location. This service center will call your company and CONFIRM the plane is repaired, on the ramp READY TO GO. You will get a commercial flight and fly down to San Antonio. Once you are at the repair center, then they will inform you that the plane is NOT ready because they haven’t received the part needed. So do not be surprised when you go down here and your plane is not fixed as they communicated it was. Unbelievably poor customer service.
