Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

Excellent customer service and care! We were able to make an appointment the same day. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted politely and seen immediately at the appointment time. Rosie (MA) was excellent and caring, and Dr. Thi was kind and thorough. We felt like they genuinely cared! It was seriously the best service that we have received in a long time! Hopefully not necessary, but if we should need future care, I will not hesitate to book here!

I'm 58 years and I don't remember when the last time I received top notch service from a medical facility every step of the way. I had called one of their competitors and the receptionist was so rude and I was already not feeling well so I hung up. I had called them first because that's been my clinic since I moved here 6 years ago. When the receptionist answered at Breeze she went out of her way to make me feel welcome and didn't even mention what time they closed even though they had the same hours as the competitors. The classy service continued with the nurses and of course the Dr that I was already feeling better but of course I was still feeling sick. Keep up the Great job Texas Health Breeze staff.

The MA we had, Rosie, was absolutely amazing!! She took time to explain, and show everything to my 4 year old. Rosie let my daughter be part of the process instead of having things done "to her." Our provider, Stephanie was great as well, she took the time to let my daughter explain how she was feeling instead of ignoring my 4 year old & just talking to me, the parent. My daughter left feeling so confident, and brave! I'm so thankful for wonderful healthcare workers like these ladies!

I went to this location and walking in the staff was so friendly kind and informative. She went to discuss with the doctor regarding my issue. The doctor was phenomenal. She advised me of what my issue told me her mom had the same problem. She then took my phone and put in the name of the clinic to go to which way try close and told me they would take walk ins. I was moved to tears at how kind and helpful they both were and never checked me in to bill. I am moving there area soon and so happy there is an urgent care that will be there when I need them. Great Job!!!!

Clean facility, fantastic staff! I came in prepared to be told that nothing was wrong, because this has been a majority of my experiences with medical providers. I was relieved when my provider Stephanie Panicker listened to me and validated what I was experiencing - it was definitely a breath of fresh air. I left my appointment feeling heard and supported and with new knowledge in hand to finally get the treatment I need. I would 100% recommend this urgent care location and highly recommend Stephanie Panicker, NP!
