Andrew is a TRUE professional. I have consistently been getting deep tissue work done for 5 years now, never going more than 1 month without it. Constantly on the hunt for the right person who understands what I need - and I believe I have found that with Andrew. On the first session I described the knee pain issues I had and he instantly replied with “we’ll fix that” and that was the first time anyone had ever said that to me. He proceeded to destroy (in a good way) my quads, shins, and calves - and sure enough, my constant knee pain was basically gone! If you have any muscle or joint pain or tightness from training I highly recommend you visit this business - you will be hard pressed to find anyone better. Andrew is the best hands down! I've been having a lot of issues with my lower back and right away he told me why and he fixed the issue. Especially with working in a warehouse for 12-hour shift and working out to on top of that. He definitely gave me that fix! Highly recommend!
