Highly recommend Reni (Ray’s Braids) and Katrina for haircuts. Reni does an amazing job with braids, they are neat, professional, and exactly what you ask for. Katrina is just as great with cuts, taking her time and making sure everything looks right before you leave the chair. Both are talented, welcoming, and consistent with their work. If you’re looking to get your hair braided or need a fresh cut, go see them at Texas Barbers. You won’t be disappointed.

Faben was INCREDIBLE with us. He was kind and compassionate while servicing someone who was nervous. He provided a top quality cut and beard clean up at the most affordable price. He was professional, kept a clean and sanitized work station, and was done in no time. Best barber experience we have had in Amarillo.

Katrina/Trina is the best for both my son and I, hands down. Listens and understands what you’re requesting, quality never misses, always a great haircut in a timely fashion (30 minutes or less) because she understands a busy parent schedule, and always is first to greet you when you walk in and wishes you a good day on the way out. Give her a try, you’ll thank me later.

I'de like to say maybe I came in on an off day, but this is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience here. Went in and several barbers busy, three or four people waiting and two more came in after us. We were walk ins for my two boys haircuts. Everyone before us probably had appointments, no big deal, I am a patient person but after waiting 40 minutes with no acknowledgement we walked out. One barber was sitting on his phone for over half of the time we were waiting. When the third person that came in after us one of the barbers immediately asked if he was a walk in, we left. I seen so many great reviews for this place, I'm sure all barbers there can cut hair great, because the people leaving were crispy, but this place needs some serious work on customer service. We are new to Amarillo and had a hard time finding a good barber. We have been by twice and have had consistent great service no matter who helped us. This time the shining star was David. He was very patient and kind while cutting my raging 3 year olds hair. The pricing is very reasonable and my boys always feel good after we leave. I am grateful for everyone at Texas Barbers. ❤️
