Texan's Barber Shop

My son went here for his birthday and school haircut , it was very busy, but an older lady and greeted us pretty quickly. She asked us if we were ready, we said yes. I showed her a picture of what my son wanted, she started his haircut and after a few minutes I noticed my son was making a face, and his hair was pretty short in the front instead of what he wanted. I approached her and pointed out that the front of his hair was crooked, another barber walked up and they began speaking in another language that I couldn’t understand but the 2nd barber made a comment referring to the photo and u thought she would be able to adjust the haircut a little closer to what he asked for. At this point my son was upset, and I was flustered, I asked her to complete the haircut, and allowed her to finish,

UPDATE!!! The owner and I spoke and came to an agreement that she would refund the money for the haircut and also offered a free haircut with another barber. She was very nice about it all. Thank you Maria for reaching out. My nephew was taken to get a haircut there today and the lady who cut it did a horrible job! The sides are completely different and the top was hardly cut and what was cut is butchered. What was paid was not close to what should have really been paid for a haircut like he got. It was worth maybe $5!!! Never again will he get a haircut there unless he gets someone that is actually a professional!!

Brought my son to get a haircut Friday evening, figured I would probably have to wait , since this place is usually packed, cuz they are awesome at their jobs... But u signed in and someone was already available, so NO WAIT which is always a plus! And I forgot to ask his name but he did such a great job! Thanks soooo much!

First time coming to the barber shop and had the best professional service and definitely coming back. Next I want to get the hot towel shave thank you very much

Worst haircut I’ve had. The female barber didn’t know what she was doing at all and doesn’t even know how to line the back of my neck. Had to give multiple directions. Language barrier was an issue
