I will only give 2 starts out of love that I’ve been going here for years. The quality and effort into the nails have decreased significantly. Theres been many times I reached out via instagram as well about quality of service. I will add photos of what I requested versus what was done.. I will not be returning. As the customer if we feel the work does not match the reference photo, it should not be debated. It should be corrected. Not done however they choose and give attitude while at it. $60 to be rushed and not even done correctly. Gel nails full set are $40, they charged me $20 more for black French tip. And said it was due to length. I will show detailed photos

I spent $41 for this ugly set and my eyebrows , my eyebrows are fine but my nails ?! Hideous. The guy in the second seat was rude and unprofessional, he was rushing me out his chair so he could go smoke a cigarette. And I also didn’t like how they were talking shit about me not getting gel polish.

Very friendly, forever great work. Very nice environment to get your nails done . I’ve been getting my nails done here for about over a year now, and I truly love this place! John does nice nails!!

I had the BEST experience here! From the moment I walked in, her customer service was amazing. She was so kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. She took her time shaping my nails and made sure they were the PERFECT shape — not rushed at all. The color came out exactly how I imagined, and I’m honestly obsessed with how they turned out. I told her about a bad experience I had at another nail salon where they were rude and rushed me, and she completely changed that for me. She really hooked me up and made sure I left happy. I truly appreciate her professionalism and positive energy. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅🏽✨

Love it! The past few visits I’ve had the pleasure of working with 3 different staff members and everyone has been so accommodating, kind, and patient! Plus, they do great eyebrow waxing too! I’ll be back soon ☺️👍🏽
