Zero stars for me. I would not recommend this place if you do not speak Nepali or Bengali. Aunties like to play in English. I will always rely on Google Reviews and I am very disappointed. I really do not ask much. I am a simple girl. The moment I walked in, there was a “No Bargaining” Sign. I should’ve walked out. However, I did not because I expected to get the same treatment as every other customer and be heard and understood when I asked for “just a trim” and “U-shape”. Please look at the pictures and tell me what you see because I never asked for layers. I noticed the reviews kept talking about one person, and actually wanted to look for her but the place was busy on Sunday 10/5 at 6pm when I went. Realistically, people are busy! Affordable, amazing, and clean salon. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Look for Auntie Sarita, she is the best! I have a thick hair but she worked hard on it. You can see that stylists in the salon are passionate on their job. Will definitely come back for my haircut!

I came here for the first time today and omg they did such a good job!! I recently got a wash, haircut and blow dry done and a facial as well. Everyone was soo sweet and, Sarita did my hair sooo good. And prices were reasonable in my opinion. Would recommend! And also this is going to be my go to spot from now on!

I am absolutely loving my hair so far, though I haven’t washed my hair, and let’s see what it looks like after washing after 3 days. I will try to share that as well. But my keratin treatment was done by Mrs. Rubina. She is really so professional and was so into my hair and gave her best and did everything so patiently. I really loved her work. I also love the way she called me “beta.” Would love to get service from her again !! I had such a great experience at this salon. The staff was warm, welcoming, and really listened to what I wanted. Bilkis took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The final result was even better than I imagined, clean cut, beautiful finish, and exactly the look I hoped for. The whole place has a relaxing vibe and you can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend if you want great service and genuinely good people!
