Very unprofessional due to the old lady being rude and loud for no absolute reason. Only one stylist can truly braid nicely, the others not so much. Had a terrible experience with my edges after taking the style out, would not recommend this place at all.

Got my hair done on, 3/14/2019 .Less than 24 hours later they were coming out. So, I sent a message on styleseat. No response. Cool. Got a response on the phone that Saturday morning and I explained the situation. I was asked if I put oil or anything in it. Nope, I didn’t. I am aware of how to care for synthetic hair. I was told that they would get back to me later that day. Guess who didn’t get a call or text back lol? Me! SOOO, I messaged again on Sunday and it was agreed that I would come on Monday to get it fixed. Which I did by, a different person than who initially did my hair. That person didn’t even speak or make eye contact with me. Which is fine, shoulda gave me my tip back tho lol. OMW, out I was told “Try not to get it wet” Now, that really rubbed me the wrong way. The service at this salon has declined immensely. This used to be my go to spot but after my last visit in which my braids were posted asymmetrical, edges were snatched out and scalp turned white I will never return.

Very Professional! Very warm and welcoming! They are very flexible! And willing to work with any hairs type and style.
