Ten Perfect Nails

Very unhygienic, unprofessional. The work itself was ok. Not the best nail service. Definitely the worst salon experience though. I had some paint on my arms where it completely didn’t affect her work and this lady goes “what’s this” and starts filing AT MY SKIN with her dirty file. While there I saw her re use gloves, re use dirty drill bits and store them again for next client just like she did the gloves. I definitely should’ve asked for some sort of discount considering she left me scratched up and my skin burning. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This was my first time ever getting my nails done at Ten Perfect Nails and it was a great experience! Tammy did my nails and they came out so cute! Exactly like the photo I showed her from Pinterest ❤️❤️❤️

I got my nails done here Tuesday night, LESS than 2 days ago and 3 NAILS have popped off. I have not been rough with my hands at all, they fell off unprompted and randomly while washing my hands etc. It is extremely disappointing and unacceptable to pay $90 for a new set of Gel X and have this happen. I’m positive the other nails will dissapear as well due to the rushed application and no buffing of the inside of the nail (see pic) during application. 10 perfect nails is really more like 7…

I sent my mom here to get her nails done, and her nail technician, Ivy, told her she HAD TO pay a $20 tip on a $50 service. My mom isn’t from this country and isn’t familiar with tipping in the U.S., so she believed her and paid it. Her nails turned out fine, but I’m giving one star for the dishonesty.

Worst place ever made an appointment got there and the technician named Sarah. She has told me she couldn’t do them no . explanation and then they told me to have a seat. Somebody else was gonna come and do my daughter”s nails and then another technician came And she say that nobody feels comfortable doing my daughter‘s nails most of the times that I have come the nails falls or they don’t do it right or the nail is sideways. So now because I tell them that it’s not done properly and I have them fix their mistake. They refuse service and she had the audacity to say look somewhere else to have them done😡😡😡😡😡😡
