Temps and Fades Barbershop

I brought my 13 year old son to get his haircut and the dude cutting his hair was in his phone for a large portion of the cut. It took an hour for a single cut, because the dude kept texting. He would cut a little, text a lottle. He also got mad because he was pulling my son’s hair, and when my wife approached him about it he said, “do you wanna do it or do you want me to?” COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! COMPLETELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! We won’t be back!! Learn some customer service!!

This place sucks!! i was getting my haircut and the barber i had (his name is Nathaniel) and he was texting half the time of my haircut! Then he was combing my hair, and it hurt so bad, and when my guardian approached him about it he said “do you want to do it?” Then he started talking about her behind her back, and saying “there’s no drama here, and when there is they approach me in a rude manner.” DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Please read until the end. I came in and asked for a cut for my 13 year old. Needless to say I had a horrible experience with the barber. I hesitated to call into the owner to complain but we were treated so poorly I had to call. To my surprise the owner called me back at 8:00pm on a Saturday night when he was at home and not working. I explained to him what happened he was extensively apologetic and even refunded my money for the cut. Now a days customer service is falling by the way side but not at Temps and Fades. I appreciated the support and understanding. They have NOT lost a customer in us.

Just know that I will NEVER EVER support this business again!!!! Easter pictures at daycare are Monday. So while we were prom shopping, we decided to stop here as it was convenient to location and timing. Normally we go to Sids Barbershop. Kasyn was immediately seated in a chair. I didn't get the name of the guy but his chair was all the way straight back. Kasyn has NEVER had an issue getting his haircut, BUT he is only 3. During the cut hair got all over Kasyn's face, which he cannot stand, it was in his nose and he tried rubbing it. The guy told Kasyn he needs to stay still or he won't finish the cut. So I stood in front of Kasyn with my phone on paw patrol and the guy tried to tell me I couldn't because he wouldn't be able to cut his hair. Kasyn sat still unless hair fell in his face. T

I don't mean to be mean, but the individual who did my significant others hair did not listen at all. Linked with my comment is what was asked for (and shown) vs what was given . still had to pay 45$ too ... very disappointed lol
