The best! Yes they massage the glutes, but in a professional way. They massage all day long so if they have to position themselves by sitting on my backside it doesn't matter to me, because they do such a wonderful job. They spent the full 60 minutes massaging, unlike other places I've been where they only actually massage 45 mins but you pay for 60. This place does use oil which also felt amazing but they wipe it off at the end with wet cloth. The hot stones really topped it off making my experience phenomenal! When my boyfriend and I were leaving they called out, "see you next time" and I will absolutely go back. Well worth the price, I Love this place and highly recommend!! ❤️❤️❤️

Writing this in the parking lot. I called like an hour ago just out of curiosity and they got me in right away. $70/hr and it was the most relaxing experience. They were so kind, it was clean and comfortable, and she checked in with me throughout to see how the pressure was. I’ve had crazy tension (muscle spasms) and this is the first time i’ve felt relief in a while! It was emotional for me and she was not judgmental in the slightest. Great price amazing massage! 10/10 experience definitely check it out!!

I had a really positive experience! While I'm not usually eager to pay upfront, the massage with Anna made it totally worth it. She was thorough and performed a deep, invigorating session. I left feeling like I had a completely refreshed and rejuvenated back!

Techniques Massage and Spa gave me the best massage of my entire life! Towards the end of my session, I even fell asleep for a few moments because I was so relaxed! I had just got married the week before and was on my honeymoon and they rubbed away all of my tightness from the wedding stress! The parking was easy because there is a lot right behind their building. Be sure to tip because that is not included in their pricing!

Affordable ($1/min) and walk-in availability in downtown Kinnebunk. All cash, with an ATM available at the gas station across the street (up to $200 per transaction). 1hr Massage was relaxing and thorough. Would recommend to others and return if back in town. :)
