Teaze Salon

So I went there yesterday to get a touch up. My first time , my hair had blond highlights & was a lighter brown from my original dark brown hair. Couldn't get to my hairdresser as she's on long Island NY & on maternity leave This salon came recommended by someone I trust This is the 3rd person I've tried in Upstate NY ( Seneca county ) who doesn't know how to do hair Or maybe its their products they use Now my hair is red. Freaking red & no gray was covered. It's botchy. My highlights are gone No more streaks of blond ( I've paid lots of money to have ). So disappointed & I had high hopes too The cost came with a cut or trim. I did a trim ( that's uneven too ). I could of done better myself & I have . I believe I should get my money back ( 50 $ ) so I can refix what your place has ruined

Ive been having Teresa do my hair for years. She even made me and my bridal party look beautiful on my wedding day 11 years ago! She and her daughter Courtney can do anything you need and you'll never be disappointed! The shop is comfortable to be in and they know how to make you feel comfortable as well! Very welcoming and the prices cant be beat!

Got a spray tan! Best service and great atmosphere. Made you feel very comfortable. Looks great!
