Tease Salon and Spa

I went in for what I had assumed was a simple color. I wanted dark brown on top with blonde underneath. The brown turned out great but there is so little blonde underneath you can’t see it unless you actively dig for it. I called and asked if it were possible to get it fixed so that I would get what I asked for. They said it was as long as I paid an extra $140 for extra services. That doesn’t feel overly fair since I paid $170 or so in the first place. I figured whatever I would live with it and just go somewhere else next time. The blonde is already turning brown though. When they showed it to me at the salon it was a nice pale blonde but now it’s more of a lighter brown. But since nobody can see it anyway I guess it’s not that big of a deal. So many reasons to NOT go here! Apparently it’s okay for them to cancel your appointment and not notify you. Considering we have to drive 30ish miles to get to Rupert. I bring my mother ONLY because she insists on it and doesn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. Do better Tease salon!

Whitney is THE BEST! I’ve lived all over the US and have never found someone who can take care of my skin, color, cut, and curls the way she does! She keeps my skin fresh with a monthly spa facial with dermaplaning since I love not wearing makeup! My curls are always bouncin and behavin with a full highlight and cut! Go see her! You WONT be disappointed! Thank you Whitney!!!

Its a beautiful salon terrible service depending on who you get. Returning calls or replying back to schedule or make another appointment is not there strong suit at this salon. You'd have better luck at JC Penny's and thats being sarcastic.

Went in with my mom to get pedicures and honestly worst money I ever spent. My mom was not asked what type of pedicure she wanted and was just given the basic one, no base was put on prior to the gel polish being put on and toe separators were not used so the polish rubbed off. I asked for the “spa pedicure”, no base coat on my toes, separator or clipping was done. No scrubbing of my feet was done and the water was cold. Not even a week later and my polish is chipping, definitely never going again.
