She always works so hard to make sure everything is perfect and goes above and beyond — even offering drinks and making the whole experience so comfortable and welcoming. She gave me a beautiful cut and stunning highlights that are perfectly blended. She truly listens and takes so much pride in her work. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. With my schedule getting in for haircuts is hard. We cancelled multiple times this go around and Teresa never made it an issue. She is great with my son and makes him feel like he has input and belongs. Her place is convenient and clean. We love coming here!

I've been going to Teresa for 20 yrs. I always ask her if my shirt will be ok, she reassures yes. We'll she ruined the last one again with the mix. The hair didn't come out like I told her to do. She constantly is looking at her phone and not focusing on my hair. She left me under the dryer 5 minutes so I knew it wasn't long enough. Told her I didn't like it. She just walked out. I went to this stylist to get my highlights done after a friend recommended her. She seemed to be preoccupied the majority of our session in between managing her children & being on the phone constantly. These pictures of my hair speak for themselves and I have to get it fixed once the damage is less intense. Even the haircut she gave me was very blunt at the ends. I contacted her the first business day after my appt to let her know, and she offered to fix it but I left Texas shortly after so I asked for a partial refund (not even a full one.. just enough to cover fixing it). She denied and stopped responding. After consulting with multiple stylists, they confirmed that my hair is damaged, and there are a plethora of issues with how she did my hair. Teresa has been doing my hair for 14 years and has always done such a great job! She is the best at blending colors and is very patient with my endless mistakes cutting my own hair. I love her and her family and truly enjoy the family atmosphere!
