You can make an appointment at a set time and your barber can still show up over an hour late. 2 occasions in a row where I made haircut appointments, always arriving 5 minutes early. 1st time waiting for 30 minutes for a haircut with a barber not showing up, then 2nd time over an hour and a half wait for a barber to still not show up so 2 separate occasions I wasted my time even with a haircut appointment. Unfortunate bad professionalism/courtesy and waste of time
