The salon’s hygiene was not good, and everything felt rushed from the moment I sat down. The nail artist didn’t clean properly, and I even had to remind her to clean up the mess around my nails during the process. I got gel nails, and they started lifting and ripping off in just two weeks, which should not happen at all. The quality was really poor, and the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place.

Horrible experience, the older male tech did not handle my nails with care!😖 The way he scraped and tore my old gel polish off my nails was rushed and careless.😒 Severely damaged my nail beds, they will be brittle for months now 🙄 I told him I wasn't in any hurry and would like to do the "Aluminum Foil" method. They're supposed to just let the nails soak using cotton balls with acetone wrapped in foil for 10-15 mins then GENTLY scrap off the melted gel 😡 He just acted like her didn't understand English! Then he was in such a hurry he cut my cuticle too low and caused my thumb to bleed. When I pointed it out he said "OH that's your skin".... ummm yea thats now in pain! 🤨 Against my better judgment, I let him finish the Mani which he now had to cut my natually long nails SUPER short because

Brittle manicures & awful customer experience. The nails were done ~ April 30th for a work trip. The first broke May 1st while greeting a colleague, 2 more broke while getting the keys *gently* out of my purse (my purse ONLY has a wallet & keys in it) May 3rd, and they continued to break until May 8th- the latest one while putting on my left sneaker *as lightly as you can imagine* while heading out the door to pick up groceries. Submitting a review or returning to the shop to inform them of the state of said nails would typically be very low priority but it only added 8-10 minutes to my day. I’ve been coming to this nail tech for years, but the experience has become uncomfortable and unprofessional. When something isn’t done correctly and I calmly ask about fixing it, Kim gets upset rather than addressing the concern. I used to enjoy coming here for nails and pedicures, but over time the professionalism has declined.I’ve also personally felt treated differently compared to other clients of a different color, which has made the experience uncomfortable. As a paying client, I should be able to communicate without feeling afraid she’ll get mad or refuse to do my nails. Customer service should include respect, professionalism, and the ability to accept feedback. Sadly, that is no longer happening here. I came for self-care, not stress. $60 for a regular mani & pedi plus the tech cut my cuticle until it bled. Let me tack on the additional $6 I spent at Walmart for a travel first aid kit and antibiotic cream. And a little sloppy on one hand. It’s a shame b/c I used to really like this place. When I went in last time, they were very rude when I asked about checking on gift card balance and now this. I’ll never go back!
