TC Nails

I used to love going to this business and found that they are talented in terms of nails. In terms of cleanliness, not so much. A week ago, when i went in for an acrylic fill, everything was fine until right after when my finger started throbbing. I went to the place a few days later about my swelling and infected finger and they told me it wasn’t their fault. They all needed to see my finger and wouldn’t stop squishing it while I was in incredible pain. They handed me a pathetic $30, even though I paid $110. I am disgusted with how they handled it. It hurt so badly I had to go to ER. They did confirm it was from the nail salon. They stabbed and drained it, then gave me lots of medicine. Safe to say i’ll never be going back.

Worst pedi I ever got. My 7 year old granddaughter could do a better job. No cuticle trim, no dead skin or callus removal, no foot massage, no hot towel, no exfoliating scrub and a crap job with the polish. Complete waste of time and money.

Overall I’m disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. This obviously isn’t an issue for everyone, looking at other reviews. But I had an appointment for a fill and the station was dirty with lots of previous nail dust. In general I could get over that, but the final straw was that at the end of the appointment the man dipped a paper towel in the solution that the nail drill bits were sitting in to wipe the top coat. I would hope that was the sanitizing solution but it still shouldn’t be what was used, especially when acetone is so close. My nails are.. fine. A bit of flooding, and I initially asked for a design but that wasn’t an option. For $40 I think there’s better options further away.

The business itself was very nice and everything was very clean. My group of three was seen very quickly though we did have appointments. I recieved a pedicure from a woman who was not very professional and seemed quite irritated.  Post pedicure she sat in a chair with her foot on the table in front of the TV and was on her phone. My pedicure was finished nearly 20 minutes before the other two ladies in my group and I had nail polish on the knuckles of my toes. The other technicians who did my friends pedicures were lovely.
