I’ve been to this salon a few times before and this was my third visit. Unfortunately this time my experience wasn’t the best. I showed a photo of the nails I wanted and asked for them to be short, but I think there may have been some miscommunication because they ended up being much shorter than the picture and the shape didn’t come out the way I expected. After leaving, I still wasn’t happy with how they looked. I called to ask if there was anything that could be done, but I was told they would need to soak them off completely and start over. I ended up going to another salon right after, and they were actually able to fix them by extending and reshaping the nails without having to remove everything. She was not talking to me. I overheard her conversation with her coworker. For once, nail techs didn't speak Vietnamese so I actually understood the language. -This place is over priced for the POOR and horrific quality work and customer service. They upcharged for basic things and everything. The petite asian girl with blonde hair, name Koo, rushed her way through super quick and caused my skin to bleed from working too fast. I got my nails done here twice. The first time I went the next day one of my nails chipped but I was cleaning so I let it go. Within the next two days most of not all my nails were chipped. So then I just took them off. The second time I went the same night my nail chipped. In the following days most of the nails were chipped. This has not been my experience in other places usually gel nails last for a while like at least two weeks. So I’m not 100% sure if it’s the products they’re using or the way they’re using them or maybe the nail prep. I don’t recommend going here. All the price is cheap you get what you pay for.

I went here recently since I wanted to have my nails done for the holidays, I already had an idea of what I wanted and had high hopes which were met. I saw them adverting themselves on Instagram so I was sure they would be able to recreate what I had in mind. I got a young woman who did my nails fast, polite, always double asked me, and did it exactly how I wanted. I knew the design I picked would be a little more on the pricey side. These cost exactly 100 which was less than I thought it was gonna be. I got short coffin with lavender French with 3D flowers on all 10 nails. The salon is cute, clean, quiet, and everyone’s polite.

I came to do a fill 11 days ago and two nails completly fell off by the 10th day! I called to see if they could fix them but instead the lady whom I think is the owner told me that I had to pay for the fix because she said "by the second week you need to do a refill already" which a fill has absolutely nothing to do with your nails completely falling off if properly done. I didn't want to argue so I still went in and paid, and even got my eyebrows done. The lady gave me MAJOR attitude because I asked her about the price of my eyebrows. Telling "oh my godddd" with frustration . Completely unprofessional for no reason I have been coming here for years. I haven't had an issue till now.
