I've been coming here for months since new ownership has come in, and I'm a happy customer every time! Everyone is so friendly and really care about making sure you have a good experience. They take great care of your nails and do their best to achieve what you want when you come in.

I’m in the pedicure chairs as I write this and I cannot emphasize enough how much I love this salon. I get the same manicure every time I come and they always do an amazing job. They are the only salon I’ve been to where my nails will keep up with my daily life. The customer service is also excellent. There aren’t too many salons anymore that will take the time to listen to what you want and make sure to check in with you to make sure you’re happy with their work throughout the process. The area is clean, up to date and maintained beautifully. The products they use during pedicures are so nice (I recommend a callus treatment with the lavender scent). I even love that they keep their front door open to welcome customers and let in some fresh air. The staff is friendly and accommodating and

Decided to try Tay Tay because it was close by but I’m pretty disappointed. When I called to make an appointment, they mentioned an acrylic fill started at $40, then only when I went to check out did they tell me that the almond shape was $5 more. I also wanted a chrome effect & the owner shaped my nails but didn’t even touch my cuticles. Also, he never filled underneath my nails like my regular salon does. The most disappointing experience was how sloppy they were painted, as you can see in the pictures, near the cuticles and on the sides. What I thought was going to be $55- ended up being $65 before tip. (The lady owner did give me a discount because I paid in cash but I will not be returning to this salon.) Maybe I had a more rushed experience because it was an hour before closing time

First things first: don’t go here. Let’s start from them taking off my original dip that I had on. I’m not sure if the lady didn’t work with dip often but it took her 45 minutes to an hour to take the dip off when (in my experience) it takes 15 minutes IF that. Then I picked out a light blue… out of stock. I pick out another one… out of stock. Finally she pulls me to the wall and is like this is what we have. I wasn’t picking colors from online hoping that they would have it, it was from their selection of colors that I was picking from. I asked for the picture of the screenshot and I ended with the picture of my right hand: I was very unhappy. Not in the shape but the base color of the nails, you could see the powder. Tonight was my first time going here. It's close by. Let me tell you - the staff is so personable. Talked with me the entire time, didn't rush, explained things. Did my nails exactly how I wanted [shape and length]. I can't wait to try a pedicure there and go back again!
