I’ve been coming to Tatiana’s for years, but after several negative experiences, I will never return. The staff has consistently been rude, making unnecessary and unkind comments. On my most recent visit, one of the stylists told me my daughter was “too young to have eczema” and questioned me about when I last combed her hair, despite me explaining that I had combed it just days prior, and that her naturally curly hair tangles easily. Instead of offering care or professionalism, I was met with judgment. To make things worse, the lady who washed my daughter’s hair, Sarah, was extremely rough while washing and combing it. I'm convinced a chemical was put in my twins hair I went here to get their hair blow dried and flat ironed. Both of my daughters had a head full of very thick healthy long (one has 4a and the other 4c) hair. When I washed their hair their hair came out lumps of it at a time I cried as I washed their hair all of their beautiful hair just falling out I couldn't believe it. Now their hair isn't as thick as it used to be and it is badly broken off and damaged. They insist no chemicals were put in my daughters hair but it had to be and now I have to regrow my babies damaged hair and get it healthy again. This salon completely ruined my hair. They used harsh chemicals without testing my hair first, and the stylist applied way too much heat, leaving it dry, brittle, and breaking off. I trusted them to care for my hair, but instead, it feels worse than before. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values healthy hair.

I walked in and they immediately started washing my hair! The lady washing my hair was rough but washed it well. I sat under the dryer for 35 minutes before they started my hair. She blew it out with a round brush and straightened it. She showed me how to take care of my hair and was very patient with me when trimming.

So quick and good. I have 4c hair and didn't even know my hair could be so straight 😆😆
