Tata Harper’s face washing and moisturizing products work well but not better than any other natural skincare brand. What gets me is their prices!! And for bottles you can only get 2/3 of the product out of no matter how hard you try and the customer service. The customer service says that they over fill their bottles which is a lie because you purchase a 8 ounce bottle and the bottle says 8 ounces on the bottle but you can only access 2/3 of the product. The bottles also shatter easily in the shower if knocked over. Be aware!

You cannot cancel a subscription! Do not buy from directly from the company. If you really like a product, purchase it some where else.

Placed two separate orders that arrived at the same time both packages damaged took photos and one was missing one of the free gifts and a$130 serum. Messages the company sent them the pictures and they told me they would do NOTHING because I didn’t have pictures of the contents . Well the only thing left in the box was the cleansing duo and I didn’t expect them to want a picture of the contents as at that time all I thought was missing was the free gift . So i figured oh well free gift but when I got inside going through my two orders the serum was also missing. Now I usually use La MER and thought of all natural made in USA I’d try . 600$ I ordered and terrible customer service I’m like the products but idk if I like them enough to be treated like this. plus BUYER BEWARE if you order esp

Tata Harper's products are simply not effective and bottom line do not work. Disregard my review posted on 1/14/2023; it was submitted in response to an unused discount they offered. Thank you. --AT

I love all of their masks (Resurfacing, Clarifying, Purifying & Hydra Floral). I have been using the Clarifying face wash with Resurfacing serum with Hydra Floral Essence & Booster Essence for little over a month now and my skin texture has improved a lot...it feels super smooth and shiny 🥰
