Had a boatload of difficult returns for work (two carts full), Kim spent over an hour going above and beyond for me and my coworker doing everything she could to help us get our orders and items sorted. Only reason I’m doing 3 stars is because the manager was extremely rude to her while I was standing there. It was pretty obvious we brought a lot of work for the return counter, so I’m not sure why she would chastise an obviously busy employee in front of us, very unprofessional. 5 stars for Kim, though…we’re in our 15th hour and she actually made the return enjoyable.

The meat department is full of expired beef. This store has a bad track record of stocking the meat. I don't know why I still come here to look for steaks anymore...

Hello, I went to target on December 31, 2025. I was with a friend and we were having a good time. Out of nowhere we notice that a man in a blue jacket kept starting at us. I thought he was a creepy guy until we realized he might work there as a secret employee. He tried playing it off then proceeded to still follow us. Then there was other employees with their uniform on circling us as well. Profiling is not okay. Other reviews mention this issue as well. At least be more discreet about it. I am sure that there are shoplifters but making your customers feel like thugs is not okay. I’m also never the type of person to write reviews but I feel very uncomfortable and discriminated against.

As much as i love this targettt🫶 the only thing they need to fix is having the restroom stocked/clean 😭 Unfortunately i have diabetes insipidus which i have to constantly go to the restroom and most of the times i have to make my son gets TP from the men's restroom🫩🥲. Plssss targettt fix this🥲🫩

I was sent to target to find a specific product. I was way out of my league. I found a young woman named Evelyn. She was busy but stopped to help me. Her last effort was to go search through the back to see if there was any left. Minutes later she came around the corner with a smile and the exact products I was looking for. Thank you Evelyn. That is the customer service that is needed sometimes. Evelyn made my day with her determination and smile. Thank you
