Target

Not worth your time. I spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the help button for me to purchase a $5 product that was locked up. I even flagged a Target employee down who said she didn't have keys to unlock the cabinets but help was on the way. I eventually gave up and purchased the same product on Amazon. At self check out, I couldn't check out because I was required to accept a $5 gift card that I didn't want and needed to wait until an attendant was available to issue a security label for it. Understaffed, poor customer service, don't bother with items locked away. It's a complete waste of time.

I had recently lost my wallet and was incredibly stressed, thinking it was gone for good. Thankfully, the amazing team at the Target Factoria store had found it and kept it safely at the service desk. When I arrived, the staff were so kind and helpful — even though I was too overwhelmed to catch their names, I’ll never forget how gracious and professional they were. As a small gesture of thanks, I left $50 at the service center in hopes it would be passed on to whoever helped find and turn in my wallet. It’s rare to experience this level of honesty and care, and I’m truly grateful. This store deserves all the praise — thank you for turning a stressful experience into something heartwarming!

The bathrooms are, routinely, absolutely disgusting. First, it's inside a mall and so they should be atleast presentable. Second, it's in Bellevue / Factoria - an absolutely beautiful city. Comparatively to other Target's in the area, this ones' bathrooms are the grossest I've seen. Really disappointing. It makes me wonder how gross the rest of the store is if they can't even keep their bathrooms clean.

This is the only Target🎯 I usually go to in Washington since it’s the closest one to me. The staff here are always nice and helpful. Some aisles have products locked up, depending on what you’re buying, but it’s not a big deal. I’ve never had any major issues at this location — it can get busy at times, which makes it a little tricky to get around, but overall it’s a solid Target. 4 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Target store in Factoria recently underwent a remodel and everything looks 100% better. They now have a frozen food section as well as produce milk and bread. All the other departments look much better after the remodel. There is also a Starbucks inside now as well. Located on the back end of Factoria Mall there's plenty of parking. Most of the managers and Associates here seem to be friendly and helpful.
