I received the “The Rock” treatment. In the end, the 60-minute session was finished in about 40 minutes, and including the time to change, it felt closer to 35 minutes. I arrived on time, but it seemed like the therapist had personal plans scheduled afterward. If you have long hair, be prepared to leave with it still soaking wet unless you pay extra — a full blowout costs additional. The treatment itself was not very pleasant; the therapist had long nails and worked quite harshly, and she wore loose rubber gloves throughout the session, which made it uncomfortable. At one point, extremely hot water — almost like boiling water — was poured on my head, and I genuinely thought I had been burned. I booked the Rock to Hana for my friend and I and it was absolutely amazing. We had facials, shoulder massage, and the scalp massage and wash. Our skin and hair felt so soft and smooth after. Overall I would highly recommend!

Relaxing and serene. The best head spa l’ve had. My technician was accommodating to my allergy and provided a gentle but firm spa service. Great facial and head spa! I removed one star because of the other associates in the front lobby, cussing and speaking in a caddy manner about somebody else. It was unprofessional and I hope my technician finds another location.

I availed 2 of the rock package on Groupon. It’s good and relaxing. The two staff accommodated us speak little English. The one that did to me got some oil in my eyes, and it got super spicy to the point that I’m so nervous, but she immediately wiped it off with a sponge and water, but the tingling sensation stayed for about 10 minutes even after we finished the session and drove home. This scares me so much! I hope they will be more careful and aware of what they are doing.
