Tara Nails

I went to get my nails done September 22, 2017 fill in and gel nail polish paid $60 gave a $10 tip. By September 25th the name polish was peeling off like plastic. Keep calling no answer apparently they were on vacation until the October 2. Went on the second the woman give me some nonsense reason about me not keeping my finger under the UV light. Fine she redid the 2 thumb and one pointer finger and put some nail polish over the other fingers that had less chipping. By Sunday this is how my nails looked below. Went Monday I had a meeting they were close. I had to get my nails done somewhere else. Went to get partial refund on Tuesday and she refuse saying I did not keep my finger under the UV light the first time and it been 3 weeks. Hello, you just redid the same fingers less than a wee

I had a good experience. Customer service was good and friendly. They are slightly more expensive then what you typically see. The color choices and quality are lacking. My SNS nails started chipping the next day. I would return back for them to fix it but the problem is that they use a gel top coat instead of a Sns top coat. This has happened to me before so I usually ask what top coat they use but I forgot until I saw her take out the LED lamp. Won’t be returning.

Today, my daughter and I dropped by Tara Nails to prepare for our trip out of town. This was our second time visiting. We are highly impressed with the patience, care and customer service provided both times. They are an amazing team. Thank you so much for your service.

Horrible Bad enough the pedicure was 37 instead of typical 25 and no I didn’t get gel polish I was the only customer there and she finished my toes within 20 mins which was okay But once we finished and I walked out In sunlight my feet was still not completely done I still had dead skin around my cuticle of my toenails then she did not shave the dead skin off the side good enough didn’t get out the ingrown toenail I suffer with them terribly to the point it hurts nail polish left behind Just horrible I won’t be going back

Went about 6pm on a weekday after getting off work. The young lady who did my gel fill in was very diligent and pleasant. The gentleman who did my color change and cut down was careful with my feet and didn't rub too hard or rush. I appreciate their service and will be back to try SnS nails with you all 😘 Also, have really great pricing.
