From the moment you walk in, the front desk greets you with a warm, friendly smile that sets a relaxing tone. The atmosphere is peaceful—a true sanctuary for healing, muscle relaxation, and recovery. Having visited five or six different places in the region, I can confidently say that the therapists at Tao are exceptionally well-trained, with skills tailored specifically to your physical needs. Highly recommended!

My hair was sooo silky after the head spa! I thought I needed a haircut and to lose 2-3 inches off my ends but they’ve been restored by Coco. I loved the hair washing massage combo and then when the treatment got steamed into my hair I got a décolleté and arm massage which was heavenly. My husband and I have made this our new massage spot, he says going somewhere else doesn’t feel worth the time much less money. I’m so glad I tried one of their other services. You won’t be disappointed by this team of 4 ladies. They’re all very skilled and keep everything very clean. The massage beds are higher end than I expected and have a better spot for your face and an adjustable arm rest which makes being face down cozy.

Athena is an amazing massage therapist! I booked a 90 minute massage and she’s professional, attentive, and really knows how to target tension and problem areas while still making the session relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with much less stress in my body. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking again!

An amazing experience!! Been having pain from running...did a deep tissue massage and felt sooo much better after the massage. I will definitely book another massage. It was easy to make the appointment and staff was so friendly. I highly recommend Tao Therapeutic massage.

Probably the best massage I have ever had. And I have many many massages and many many masseuses. I was broken up before I gotten in, And now almost 100% restored. I am coming back tomorrow. This feels so good, that you don’t want to stop. The masseuses are so talented. I would’ve given 6-7 starts if allowed!!! I had a full body massage and a super duper facial. Highly recommended!! Worth every penny!!
