Tang's Nails and Spa

Paid $115 for a gel pedicure and gel color on my finger nails. Less than 18 hours after I get home, a whole nails worth of polish came off my toe, then 36 hours faster that, another fell off. I asked for gel polish and that only and that is not what is on my finger nails. The product will not come off. Wish I knew what it was but it was in some unlabeled Tupperware container. I when home 5 of my finger bleeding from being plucked excessively. Did not sure sanitized tools. Barbicide container on manicure desk covered in dust like it wasn’t used recently or regularly. Save your money and time and go literally anywhere else in Alamogordo. I wasn’t even informed of how much was being charged on my card.

Walked in and got a simple manicure & brow waxing for an extremely reasonable price, and they both came out great. Good service, and the lady was sweet & genuine; gave my brows a styling I never knew I needed! It's no MiniLuxe, but definitely a solid little spot, would recommend Id give a 4.5/5 normally, but there are so many unreasonable 1 star reviews here that need to be offset, so 5/5

I had a really disappointing experience here. When my friend and I walked in, the entire salon was dark and the lights were off, which already felt strange — there were no cars in the parking lot either, so that should’ve been our first sign. During my service, the nail tech lady cut my cuticles too aggressively and actually made me bleed. It was painful and definitely not what I expected from a professional salon. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable or well taken care of. I won’t be returning, and I hope they improve their hygiene and safety practices for future customers. Today I went back just to fix a single nail that had slightly broken, and they still charged me for the repair. I didn’t have cash on me, and when I said I needed to pay with a card, the tech told me it would cost more —

Went in to get my nails for my wedding & first the color white got a little darker since it’s a very light color. I went in the next day and the lady & her helper which was a gentleman helped fixing them for my big day. They were very nice and I love my new pink powder nails! Thank you so much :)

I got these done a week ago with my daughter and mother in law. Never in my life have I asked multiple times for a nail tech to fix an error and been ignored, so blatantly. They didn’t shape them the way I wanted and when I asked for a different style I was just told, no. They’re already lifting and the nail size the tech chose didn’t even the correct size tip for my nail. I will NEVER go back to this place and I now see why their parking lot is always empty. Poor customer service and poor quality. Do better.
