I'd give them a "0" if this allowed. Arrived at 1:35pm as a walk in with my two boys to get basic boys cuts. My car was the only one in the parking lot. We walk in and the salon is completely empty besides the stylist. I ask for my boys to get cuts and she huffed at me and very rudely said "We close at 3 and are completely booked for the rest of the day." She then turned her back on us and started walking towards the rear of the salon. So rude!!!!!! PS the salon in Walmart had wonderful staff and very little wait time.

If I could give a review 0 stars, this would be it. The older lady who did my eyebrows botched them and I can't stop crying. She COMPLETELY disregarded what I said and decided to do her own thing (if anyone cares, I asked her to clean up the stray hairs and keep my eyebrows as thick as they are; not to turn them into an asymmetrical, tapered mess). When I got home, I couldn't stop looking in the mirror nor could I stop crying. I eventually went back to tell them I wasn't satisfied at all. A different woman was there at the front desk and responded to my complaint professionally and full of sympathy. When I described the lady who did my brows to the woman, that said lady popped her head up from the hair washing station and gave me this God awful, death glare. All in all, I will not go agai

Sat for 45 minutes, time came for the cut and another client that just walked in was called for the single stylist working. Will never go back, delete me from your system.

Only place I go for hair cuts. Usually great service but if u close at 4pm and it says 4pm. Dont lock the door at 345

Chic that did my hair was rude like I was bugging her. My cut was so uneven went somewhere else to have it evened out.
