The staff at Tanglez is AMAZING!! Mary especially!! she’s been doing my hair for 7 or more years now, and it always comes out perfect. She’s always so gently, and caring. i completely damaged my hair by dying it a bunch of different fun colors, myself over the span of a few months and Mary was able to bring my hair back to life in less than a year. She is straight magic!! I always have such a great time when i come to tanglez. there have been times when i haven’t wanted to chat all that much (mostly because i have my nose in a book) and they are completely okay with that. They also LOVE getting to know you and talking to you. They remember your name, your kids names and everything in between. I HIGHLY recommend any of the girls at Tanglez, especially Mary! Not Happy with how my daughter's hair was done. She asked for her hair to be done ombre and got what looked to me like high lights. My daughter started a new job and wanted to spend her money on getting her hair done and came home very disappointed. The girl doing her hair was sweet.

My son was extremely nervous to get his first haircut. I was expecting tears and screams and instead got lots of smiles and laughs. Mary went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable. She was engaging and extremely patient with him. Will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Tanglez since I was 9 years old (20 years). I have gone to a few other salons over the years, but I have always resorted back to Tanglez, even to fix the mistakes I made by going to other salons. I have had pretty much every hairstylist touch my head at this point and they are all fantastic! I have had no issues making appointments, no wait when I arrive, music and fun silly goofy vibes while I get my hair done and I always look forward to my appointments. I have found my happy place with Mary’s magical touch, but like I said you can’t miss with any of the stylists, 10/10 recommend!!

Do not go to this place!!! I went in asking for a balayage and my hair to be lightened. I left with black hair and YELLOW highlights which I was told was “caramel”. Contacted the owner telling her I was unhappy, she scheduled me back with the same stylist for it to be fixed. Went back in was told the stylist “didn’t have time to blow dry my hair because I was squeezed in and she had another client” left with wet hair not knowing what I would be going home too. Once my hair finally dried it was falling out and yet again, yellow. My hair is so fried I can’t even use heat on it, or brush it without it falling out. Contacted the owner requesting a refund considering I paid over 300 dollars, which the owner told me it was no fault of her stylist I was told how this could possibly damage my hai
