Tangles Salon

I recently had two rows of hand-tied extensions installed, and I am extremely unhappy with the entire experience. After my appointment, I went to the restroom to check how the extensions looked up close. The results were not even or blended. The stylist did the adjustments in the aisle, which felt rushed and unprofessional. The same evening, I noticed the corner of my top row was completely sticking out. I texted the stylist to have it addressed, but the appointment to fix it was pushed out to another day. By this point, all corners were protruding, with some strands sticking out more than an inch. The placement also had the hair wrapped around my ears, and the sections were so tight that it was uncomfortable to pull hair behind my ears. I was informed later that the salon does not offer r

First time getting my hair done at this salon this past weekend. My stylist I believe her name was Jaiden (I’m hoping that was her name) did an AMAZING job! Her patience with my stubborn and very thick hair is much appreciated. I’d love to go back again!

Keely is my stylist and she is wonderful. She always listen to my requests and gives great advice. I always love my color and cut. Everyone at the salon is super friendly and very welcoming when I arrive. The shop is always clean. I highly recommend Tangles and Keely.

Absolutely wonderful people! They are very understanding and LISTEN to you. They fixed a bad cut and color that I thought was almost irreversible. I’ve never been so happy!

First time ever going to this salon ,I had Ashley B and I am by far so thankful she did a great job !!! I had no idea what I wanted I told her to do what she wanted just wanted my blonde to be natural and low maintenance a she by far did such an amazing job!!
