IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Kayla was my hairdresser and absolutely didn’t follow any of my requests. I know hair will never turn out as perfect as the inspo picture but my hair looks nothing like what I showed her. Despite my hair being dead I asked for a trim not for my long hair to be cut almost to my shoulders.i told her I liked when my bangs were all the same length and she cut them anyway. I asked if we were too far into my color to leave some blonde and she said no. My hair looks horrible and i definitely could’ve went somewhere else and spent $160 dollars and probably be very happy with my results.She would not refund me but did not explain prior that she does not do refunds. I am very disappointed in my service and will not be returning. I am a new mom only 2 months postpartu

I've been going here for over 6 years now. It's nice, clean, and a great place to get your hair done at. Valentina Baldini is my hair stylist. she is the best, a true artist. She takes time to know and learn her clients. She listens and is very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to make sure you aren't leaving without a smile and new found confidence.. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had gone to the same hairstylist for my whole life, over 30 years. When she retired last year, a friend recommended Kayla so I decided to give her a try. I was SO pleased!!! She is very sweet, knowledgeable in hair styling, and listens. I have since been back for a second trim and was again very happy. She has also started doing my two young sons’ hair, my husband’s, and even my dad’s hair. They are all happy with her service as well. I have not had my hair color treated in a few years, so Kayla has never colored my hair, but I have full confidence she would do a great job when/if I wanted to do that again. She does a beautiful job on my friend’s color. She’s also typically very quick to respond and communicates well. Very pleased!

GO TO KAYLA! She is absolutely amazing! She has a great eye for color and she does great at working with you and your vision. In addition to my color always being absolutely stunning, the cut is just right every time! I wouls trust her to make any decision she feels needed if for my hair. I always feel beautiful when I'm in her chair! She also does great with boys/men's cuts. She does my whole family, including my husband and 2 young boys. Easy to work with and schedule. Again. GO SEE KAYLA for ALL of your hair needs! The image attached is about a week after seeing her. She knows my hair so well that it looks like a fresh cut and color for weeks!

Communication with stylist resulted in Terrible haircut. She cut off too much hair!! I should have brought a tape measure & provided written instructions on how much hair to leave on. I waited 2 years to get good haircut & quickly Haley ruined my hair. I am ordering a wig now. Hair can't be put back.
