Tried to make an appointment for a haircut and the lady Bethany was extremely rude and sighed on the phone when I told her my hair is legitimately falling out. I'm never going there again.
I love going to tangles , I currently live in iowA city and drive back home to get my hair done . The staff and services are awesome !
The absolute worst place I have ever been in seems like they only do it for friends and family completely rude and I hope all their hair falls out forever
