Absolutely amazing experience with Donna Rae. Was a walk in and we arrange an appointment for an hour later as she was already working on someone else. She listened to what I wished for and gave me exactly the hair cut and color that L wanted. What an absolutely delightful person to chat with as well. Highly recommended.

😩First, I told the stylist several times that my hair did NOT hold curls very well and bless her heart she did try.. But they didn't even last long enough for me to get out the chair! I have VERY thick hair, and she should've been honest about not knowing how to properly handle it. I told her it tangled easy, she must not have believed me because after washing it and, according to her, using a bunch of her fancy detangler, she was surprised at how much it tangled.. MOST IMPORTANTLY! , is my hair is quite noticeably lopsided and uneven! Like, an inch at least! She didnt even cut it in the style I asked for. The fact that she was able to cut 8-12 inches off only makes the unevenness is more disheartening for me because she had so much to work with! I even allowed her to go a couple inches

Kameron fit me in last minute and did a fabulous job. She corrected bangs that were cut pretty badly and retouched my color without any prior information on what my previous stylist had done. I would highly recommend Kameron or Tammi at Tangled.

I have been going to the owner Tami consistently for 5 years since I moved out to Palm Desert. In that 5 years, I have never once left unsatisfied with my haircut! I do, and would recommend anyone to her.
