The most welcoming and high quality salon I've ever been to! Jen is the best. She listens to what you truly want, makes helpful suggestions, and is so fun to talk to. All the other staff seem happy to be there and everyone is all smiles! Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

I had to find a new stylist because mine moved away. I took a chance and made an appointment at Tangled Salon & Spa. Today was my first time there. My stylist was Serena. I was very nervous, especially because I have longer hair. I was first greeted by the very friendly and kind front desk gal. Then it was time to go back with Serena. I only needed to talk to her for a minute or two about the cut. Then I showed her a picture of the hair color (highlights & lowlights) that I had in mind. She only needed to see it for a few seconds. She knew. INSTANTLY her professional instincts kicked in and she just knew. I don't know how she did it within a few minutes of literally just meeting and chatting, but my hair turned out EXACTLY how I had hoped! I have absolutely NO complaints! I highl

I got a same-day appointment with Becky. I have never been to this salon before, so I was not sure what to expect. I did notice that there is one nail station. I'll have to check out his service next time I need a fill. But, Becky was great. I only got a haircut but she washed, cut, blow-dry, and straightened my hair. Was super affordable. I thought it was going to be so much more just due to quality. I will be back for the highlights that we talked about.

I made an appointment with Emma and she did amazing! Her consultation was very thorough and she showed me pictures to make sure we were on the same page. She gave me the best head massages!! Wow! I was super relaxed! I will definitely be back! Thank you, Emma!

My wedding makeup was stunning. Patti did an amazing job and I received so many compliments about how natural I looked. She traveled to my wedding location, she did makeup for 7 ladies, and did a great job keeping us on time. She was super friendly and very welcoming. I felt beautiful on my day and so did everyone else. Thank you Patti for making my day special.
