I went in for blonde highlights with Specific pictures of how my hair was and how I wanted it. I left with hair darker than with what I came in with. I have never been so upset and unhappy with how my hair came out. I wasted 4 hours of my time, over 200$ and now need to look for someone to fix it asap. I do not recommend and I have to say they are NOT blonde specialists
