Tan Republic Sherwood

The people are always nice although i almost never see the same person more than once. The beds are clean. But in the last two months I've come multiple times to see hand printed signs slapped on the door saying that for some reason they are closed. Employees are often in the parking lot hanging around smoking and come in a few minutes after i do. Even though there's no one in the salon i have to wait to be helped then have to wait for them to clean the bed. Often one of the beds is broken down or the timer is not working so i need to go into a bed below the package I paid for or wait. The sign in the picture i posted "shift change in progress" has been on the door since at least 3:30pm and it's almost 6pm. Honestly I'm starting to regret buying a package here.

Great diamond bed. Clean place. Staff was friendly, prompt and intelligent. Resuming previous ownership is a win. Will return!!

The gals at the Sherwood location are top notch. They are familiar with their products and are able to answer any questions you may have re which one might be the best for your personal needs. They have always greeted me by my first name with a genuine smile. Once you walk thru their doors, you’ve entered another dimension …..very clean & state of the art equipment. I can’t think of a more relaxing atmosphere to ‘get naked’. I won’t consider going to another salon. Nope.

With all of the tanning salons available, I would steer clear of Tan Republic. They provide misleading information on costs are completely dismissive of the inconvenience and cost on the customers end. I'm not sure if this is systemwide or specific to the Sherwood location. However, I've never had this issue at other businesses, including tanning salons.

The employees are very nice but the spray tan equipment sucks. The versa spa they have has a broken heater it doesn’t drain properly after the cleaning cycle. It’s freezing cold and for some reason, there are no only two out of the original four dry passes. I will not be coming back to this location.
