Tan Republic Monmouth

Beds are always dirty, Always a bunch of kids running around. They should have opened a day care instead of Tanning salon if they want to be a babysitter's club. Oh and I originally just signed up for one month. Cause that's all I wanted. And now they're trying to charge me for more months. And now I have to cancel my bank account because of that. And I tried reaching out to the company multiple times and I'm getting no response including calling them.They pick up the phone and don't know how to do their job and tell me their bosses on vacation. Well, we have an update. That you're still charging my card even though I canceled it a month ago. So do not go to this business if you don't want to be scammed out of money every month because they don't know how to do their job and cancel your s

Wasn't happy with this place! Twice I went there and there was a sign on the window that they were closed due to employee being sick. I canceled my membership and was charged over $50. When I called to dispute the charge, the girl said she would have the new owner call me back but of course she never did. Moving on to get all I need from Physiq. Do Not Recommend This Place!

The staff is sweet, and they always try and answer my questions. I am getting to know all their names eventually , as they are getting good at remembering mine. I am all about the customer service. It's a small quaint tanning salon, it's convenient and works for me. They have red light, gold, platinum beds, and spray tan available here. Decent prices too. 😃

Makenna here today on 3/2/2025, wouldn’t let me spray for an entire 20 minutes because she was staring at the computer stating everything I’m telling her is incorrect other than my name, phone number and birthdate. I asked if we have a problem after she isn’t talking -20 min later she tells me “no, we don’t have a problem.” Then I asked her if I can spray tan since I have had a membership for years. She wouldn’t acknowledge me. I asked her if she was the owners daughter and she shook her head no. Owner-deal with this! She was the worst I have dealt with at a tan republic (mind you I’m 33 years old and I have been going to tan republic since I was 17.

If you’re a tan republic member, you know how hit or miss it can be. Loved my first experience at this location! VERY clean and Alesha was extremely helpful with giving instruction and direction without me even having to ask. And again it was so nice and clean!!
