Tan Republic Albany

Love the gals that run the store - so nice and friendly!! But the place is having some serious power issues with their beds. Beds will shut off mid-cycle, you have to get out, get dressed, and move beds or lose your time. It's happened now on several recent occasions - didn't used to be this way. The gals have to flip breakers to reset beds, etc which isn't really their job. This location needs an electrician to get things fixed and up to needs!

Love tanning here! The workers are always so kind and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I’ve never had to wait to use the stand up tanning bed and it’s always super clean. I also love that you can go to any location with a membership. Thank you!

Very disappointed customer! I have been tanning here for many years and sadly the last 2 months have spiraled tremendously not sure if change in management or what but I have came to tan numerous times with 3 or more beds broke down and no beds available to tan in. I understand things happen but I have emailed and sent messages via Facebook with no response. Not feeling a valued customer matters as well as time be of importance since we take time out of lives to come tanning as a daily routine etc.

Young lady at front desk VERY POLITE! We needed a restroom badly and the Chevron station next door car wash was closed that had the bathrooms. The man at the station said try next door. If I'm ever in Albany again and need a tan this will be my first goto. People, manners and being nice to others STILL WORKS. THANK YOU AGAIN Young Lady!

Clean, friendly, usually no wait for a bed. The packages expire, regardless of how much you spent, and they can't refund you - even if they accidentally charge you the wrong amount. When this happened to me, the manager offered me a few free tans. I'd prefer that a place can refund me if they charge me an incorrect amount, but I still find it worth it to go here for the high quality beds and cleanliness.
